国际现货黄金截止至11月9日4:00报1282美元/盎司，最高价为1287美元/盎司，最低价为1274.8美元/盎司，隔夜金价小幅冲高后再次回落。现货白银报17.04美元/盎司，白银整体波动不大。
税改问题仍受阻：美元指数继续受阻于95关口，现货黄金则胶着于1280美元，谁都无法继续再进一步。原因便在于，关于美国“税改”的关键消息将在当地时间周四集中出炉，在政策前景喜忧参半充满不确定性的状况下，投资者也选择了宁可屏息静待。
欧银加息或推迟至2019年：近期欧央行频透露鸽派的消息，市场对此的解读是，欧洲央行首次加息的将在2019年9月进行。在美元走强的情况下，这似乎进一步降低市场对于欧元汇率的预期。欧元兑美元短线可能下探至1.15下方。
