现货黄金市场2017年5月19日4点整收于每盎司1248.7美元，较前一交易日相比，下跌了9.7美元，把前一日涨幅基本吞完。现货白银较前一交易日小幅下跌0.27，报16.59美元。
2017年或仍将推出税改计划：美国财长努钦周四在国会听证会上证言时表示，对经济增长而言，税改至关重要，而任何税收计划都应当以经济增长为基础。美国众议院议长瑞安周四也表示，目标是在2017年实现税制改革。
特朗普隔夜发推特申诉：特朗普发布推文称，欢迎任命原FBI局长Robert Mueller为特别检察官，调查其竞选团队与俄罗斯的关系。特朗普在推特中还表示，对美国总统的调查是美国历史上对政客最严重的政治迫害。
