英首相组精英团队应对脱欧谈判：英国首相特雷莎·梅已任命由四名高级部长组成的一个精英团队，来配合她一起监管为期两年的脱欧谈判。关键的脱欧派支持者，英国外交大臣约翰逊、脱欧部长戴维斯、内政大臣鲁德以及财政大臣哈蒙德都将参与谈判。后两位是支持英国留在欧盟的官员。虽然此前对英国脱欧持有不同观点，现在他们将一起努力，确保英国脱欧程序的顺利进行。
