美新屋数据欠佳 黄金低位反弹
现货黄金市场2016年12月17日4点整收于每盎司1135.4美元，较前一交易日相比，上涨了3.9美元，涨幅0.34%。现货白银较前一交易日上涨1.01%，报16.14美元。
美国11月新屋开工总数逊于预期：美国商务部12月16日公布数据显示，美国11月新屋开工年化月率下降18.7%，经季节性调整后年率为109万户，预估为123万户，10月经修正后被轻微上调至134万户，前值为132.3万户，新屋开工总数逊于预期，表明建筑活动大幅减少，这对黄金构成利好，从而为金价提供部分支撑。
黄金净多仓连降五周至10个月低位：美国商品期货交易委员会12月16日公布的周度报告显示，截至12月13日当周，对冲基金和基金经理连续五周减持纽约金净多头头寸，净多仓降至10个月低位。具体数据显示，纽约金投机净多头头寸骤降11909手，至68905手。黄金净多仓连降，显示出当前黄金买盘疲软，这增大了黄金上方压力，加剧金价下行风险。
