美国CPI欠佳 黄金获支撑
现货黄金市场2016年8月17日4点整收于每盎司1345.9美元，较前一交易日相比，上涨了6.6美元，涨幅0.49%。现货白银较前一交易日下跌了0.10%，报19.77美元。
全球黄金ETF持仓大降：随着近期国际金价的涨势戛然而止，投资者对黄金的兴趣开始逐渐消退，上周黄金ETF持仓大幅下降，数据显示，全球黄金ETF持仓量上周五下降几近13吨至2026.9吨，创今年最大降幅，与此同时，全球最大的黄金ETF上周五黄金持仓量减少1.22%，至960.45吨，本周二持仓量略微增加0.19%，至962.23吨。买盘的减少，对黄金构成一定压力，从而使金价承压，涨幅受限。
美国CPI数据欠佳：美国劳工部周二公布的数据显示，美国7月季调后CPI月率上升0%，升幅创今年2月以来最低，表明美国潜在通胀压力温和，这可能会进一步削弱美联储的年内加息前景，这或将为黄金提供坚实的支撑，助涨金价。
