新屋数据靓丽 黄金承压态势延续
现货黄金市场2016年7月19日24点整收于每盎司1331.8美元，较前一交易日相比，上涨了1.6美元，跌幅0.12%。现货白银较前一交易日下跌了0.84%，报19.89美元。
美国6月新屋开工增加4.8%：美国商务部周二公布数据显示，美国6月新屋开工年化月率上升4.8%，经季节性调整后年率为118.9万户，预估为117万户，5月经修正后被下调至113.5万户，前值为116.4万户，美国6月新屋开工总数变化好于预期，反映出6月美国房市活跃，这对加息构成利好，从而提振美元走高，打压黄金。
欧美股市有所回落：因爱立信和阿克苏诺贝尔发布疲弱的财测，欧洲股市周二触及一周低点，泛欧600指数和泛欧绩优股300指数均收低0.4%，盘中触及一周低点。美国方面，因投资者消化好坏不一的业绩报告，以及全球经济增长预估被下调，美国股市标普500指数从纪录高位回落，收跌0.14%。欧美股市下跌，打压了市场风险情绪，从而对黄金构成利好，促使金价止跌回升。
