欧洲下调利率 金银承压下行
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场10月黄金期价9月4日收于每盎司1261.7美元，比前一交易日下滑了8.3美元，跌幅为0.65%。白银期货下跌0.63%，报每盎司19.08美元。
欧央行降息并深化刺激措施：欧元区9月央行议息会议中，欧央行把原来的基准利率0.15%下调至0.05%，同时也下调了央行的负存款利率和边际贷款利率，欧央行行长德拉基表示，欧元区经济前景正面临着下行风险，欧央行将购买资产支持证券和担保债券。由于欧央行在昨夜公布的9月议息会议中，下调基准利率和推行量化宽松政策，短期使欧元大跌，从而拖累金价走势。
美国非制造业状况良好：美国8月服务业和综合采购经理人指数终值，表现均稍微好于预期，美国8月ISM非制造业指数也表现向好，反映出美国的非制造业状况，已经从衰退期走出。由于美国8月的非制造业采购经理人指数，包括服务业和综合采购指数均纷纷向好，这进一步强化了美联储的加息日程，美元继欧央行议息会议的推动下被动上涨后，再度受到美国数据的支持，从而打压黄金。
