美国房市较差 金银伺机反弹
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场8月黄金期价7月16日收于每盎司1300.3美元，比前一交易日上升了6美元，涨幅为0.46%。白银期货上涨0.48%，报每盎司20.83美元。
美国房市仍不容乐观:美联储昨日公布的区域经济状况调查报告显示，今年夏天美国经济活动继续扩张，旅游支出增加，汽车销量和零售业销售额上升，同时美国全面来说，实现了就业增长，不过住房市场依旧不容乐观。由于美国的房产营建数据和销售值，仍然拖累了美国经济的全面增速，侧面反映美国的重要产业方面仍存在短板，另外，由于耶伦隔夜的讲话中，并没有就结束量化宽松措施给出明确的时间表，美元的流动性将继续扩张，以美元计价的黄金则受到支持。
欧央行货币政策执行必须积极:欧洲央行官员诺沃特尼昨日表示，欧洲央行必须执行积极的货币政策立场，以应对欧元区的低增长和低通胀环境，即便是其意识到这些政策存在滋生资产泡沫的风险。由于欧元的流动性过低，导致欧元持续升值，这对欧元区的实体经济发展和资产升值方面，造成十分严重的负面影响，低通胀使欧元区陷入经济低迷的恶劣环境中，若欧央行全面执行宽松的货币政策，在主要货币如美元和欧元均处于量化宽松的环境下，黄金的保值性将得以体现。
