Comex黄金白银小跌 美元上升
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）12月黄金期货10月28日收盘小跌0.02%，收报每盎司1,352.2美元，美元指数上涨0.2%，12月白银期货下跌0.5%，收报每盎司22.538美元。
ETF黄金白银均持平不变：
全球最大黄金上市交易基金（ETF）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）28日黄金持有量持平为872.02公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量持平为10,442.30公吨。
小摩：Fed将延后至2014年4月收伞
JP摩根证券(小摩)指出，美国9月非农业新增就业人数低于预期、成屋销售下滑使得联储局(FED)延后缩减买债规模时点的机率大增。JP摩根认为，美国债务上限之争将于2014年3月初再度升温，因此FED有可能会等到2014年4月的联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)会议才会开始收伞。
大摩：Fed或于2014年第1、2季GDP后决定缩减购债时间：
摩根士丹利证券(大摩)经济学家马修-霍恩巴赫（Matthew Hornbach）指出，FED开始缩减买债规模的时点可能比市场目前预期的2014年3月还要晚。大摩目前预估2013年第4季美国实质GDP年率将低于2%。大摩指出，如果2014年美国财政支出自动删减再度启动，那么FED可能会等到2014年第1、2季GDP数据尘埃落定后再决定何时要开始缩减买债规模。
