金价大涨3% 创12年来最大百分比涨幅
纽约汇市周一(7月23日)，国际金价收盘涨3.3%至每盎司1336.00美元，创2012年6月以来最大百分比涨幅。分析师说，黄金进一步的空头回补，可能提供短期支撑。
美联储主席伯南克上周不急于收缩债券购买计划的言论、预期中国需求增加及美元下跌，三大因素支撑黄金创下逾一年来最大单日涨幅，五周来首度突破每盎司1300美元。
黄金交易员也在重新审视他们对黄金价格的预期。伯南克说，美联储在退出每月850亿美元债券购买计划的问题上没有固定的时间表，这缓解了市场对美联储今年晚些时候可能收缩刺激计划的担忧。
中国央行上周五取消贷款利率下限，让金融机构自行决定利率，该消息亦支撑了黄金价格。中国的家庭是全球第二大黄金买主。借钱成本低廉，存款人不会得到报酬，投资者因而买进黄金。
经济数据方面，美国全国地产经纪商协会周一公布，6月份成屋销量较上月下降1.2%，折合成年率为508万套。分析师们称，如果住房数据持续疲软，美联储可能重新考虑收缩购债计划的时间安排。多数投资者和分析师都预计美联储将在9月份政策会议上宣布缩减购债规模。
汇丰的Robert Lynch表示，伯南克上周发表证词时指出住房市场是影响刺激计划缩减与否的一个关键指标。因此，6月份成屋销量意外下降支持了以下观点：即美联储缩减债券购买计划的时间点可能不会像市场预期的那么早。法国巴黎银行的Masafumi Takada称，由于交易员减持美元多头头寸，美元在数据公布前就已经走软。金价在美国成屋销量数据公布后涨幅扩大。
