美联储利率决议或显鹰派：北京时间周四凌晨3点美联储将公布利率决议，并发表货币政策声明。此次会议将是耶伦作为美联储主席参加的最后一次货币政策会议，无点阵图和经济预测摘要，也没有新闻发布会。一些投行预计，此次美联储的政策声明比去年12月将更加“鹰派”，预计美联储将于3月加息。这或将给美指进一步提升空间。
特朗普国情咨文对市场影响有限：北京时间1月31日10:00，特朗普发表了其任内首份正式的国情咨文，暗示多难兴邦、呼吁淡化两党分歧、肯定美国经济和就业情况并且鼓吹改革政策带来的好处。此外，他还谈到要填补移民政策方面的漏洞，并且增强美国的军事能力。这和特朗普去年国会演说时市场的反应几乎可以说“如出一辙”，对市场影响有限。
