日银流露退出宽松意图，美/日剧震逾100点
周五（9月30日）亚洲时段，日本央行行长黑田东彦在国会讲话中表达了有意退出宽松的愿望，日元汇率上演过山车走势，美元兑日元盘中最大涨幅近0.6%，但目前汇价已再度转跌，日内震幅超过90个点。早盘因国庆假日提前公布的中国9月财新制造业PMI数据连续第3个月回升，澳元兑美元汇率基本不为所动，表明澳洲经济将不遗余力地降低对中国的依赖程度。
周五，日本央行行长黑田东彦在国会发表讲话称，央行的公债购买步伐可能会有所起伏，这取决于实现收益率曲线目标需要购买多少公债。
黑田东彦在国会表示，日本央行内部正在讨论未来退出超宽松货币政策的策略。但他又表示，过于匆忙地谈论具体退出方式可能困扰市场。
一些市场参与者认为，日本央行正在为未来缩减大规模资产购买计划铺平道路。
高盛公司认为，日本央行存在误判市场的可能性，日银维稳汇率心有余而力不足。在日本通缩压力依然较大、日元升值走势难以轻易扭转的背景下，一旦日本央行正式表明放弃宽松政策，美元兑日元将轻易跌破100心理大关，黑田东彦的所有努力将付之东流。
中国9月财新制造业PMI数据实际录得50.1，持平预期，连续三个月的扩张印证中国经济已开始企稳。
但是澳洲联储主席洛威在近期的讲话中表示，澳洲非矿业经济增长有着相当广泛的基础。他还指出，澳洲政府可以通过扩大负债来为基础设施投资融资，基础设施投资会是一个双赢的选择。即暗示，澳洲经济对中国的依赖程度只会不断降低。
