美国房市前景向好 黄金承压
现货黄金市场2016年7月18日24点整收于每盎司1333.6美元，较前一交易日相比，下跌了3.4美元，跌幅0.25%。现货白银较前一交易日下跌了0.69%，报20.06美元。
黄金ETF持仓增加：全球最大的黄金ETF增加黄金持仓量，较前一交易日相比，黄金仓位续增2.37吨，总持有量升至965.22吨，这表明表明虽然金价有所回落，但机构依然看好黄金前景，这为金价提供了较为坚实的支撑，限制其跌幅。
美国房屋指数低于预期：美国全国住房营建商协会周一公布数据显示，美国7月房屋市场指数为59，低于预期的60以及前值。虽然该数据不及预期，但依然高于50，这表明营建商依然看好美国住宅销售前景，这利好于美元，从而对黄金构成利空。
